You can experience mystical scuba diving surrounded by some of the best schools of fish in Japan, casual snorkeling, and exhilarating skin diving where you become one with the ocean. Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP), a relaxing way to explore the ocean, is also popular.

Safety precautions
Regarding health: Ear, nose and throat medical history (including hearing loss) can have a significant impact on diving. You can dive if you have a doctor's certificate, but if we hear about any problems on the day, we may refuse your diving. In addition, you may not be allowed to dive if you have a mental illness, seizures, epilepsy, a medical history involving loss of consciousness, or are receiving treatment using prescription drugs. Please be sure to inquire when making a reservation.
