The annual port festival will be held again this year. There are Awa Odori, fireworks, and stalls. In addition, fishing boats decorated with "Tairyo-bata" will parade on the sea in "Mitoko Bay, a scenic spot in Kaiyo Town." The appearance of several fishing boats parading all at once is heroic and powerful sight.
